Perry County, PA – The authorities are seeking answers following a disturbing discovery in a Perry County creek. As reported by ABC 27 News, on October 6 a deceased dog was found in a black backpack that was submerged in Sherman Creek.
The bag was weighted down with a heavy rock that weighed 16 pounds. In order to determine the dog’s cause of death, the body will undergo a necropsy.
The Pennsylvania State is hoping to get information about this suspected case of animal cruelty. Anyone with information is asked to call 717-567-3110.

I hope there is some way to trace the owner of the dead dog and prosecute him or her to the full extent of the law. They are evil and have no conscience!
