Update 1/22/2024: Veronica’s adoption profile indicates that she is still alive and in foster care. Please continue to share her information until she has been adopted.
Dallas, TX – A year-old dog named Veronica was surrendered to the Dallas Animal Services by an owner who cited “personal reasons” and now the pup is scheduled for euthanasia on Saturday.
Veronica’s shelter notes indicate that she is a very good girl with a “heart of gold.” She has a weakness for treats and she craves love. She is a young, vibrant dog who does not deserve to die for no reason other than a lack of space at a shelter.
You can help save Veronica’s life by taking a moment to network her adoption information. Time is of the essence.

HOLD ONTO Veronica — GREAT Foster or Adopter is out there waiting — DO NOT KILL Veronica.
Keep that Sweet Dog in Foster Home Until a Home is Found. If home is not found then take that Sweet Veronica out of Texas and find Foster Home out of Texas or Dog Rescue Group out of Texas that can take Sweet Veronica in. I don’t like Texas because Texas has a Very High Kill Shelters. My Thumbs Down To Texas. Build a No Kill Shelters in Texas.
I’m tired of seeing animals a day or two before the shelter kills them.
I hope Veronica you were able to contact the shelter, try reaching out to a local Dallas rescue to pull her if you are going to adopt her.
Please keep Veronica I’ll get her next week even if I have to fly
Call them and let them know at the shelter. I hope you can save her.
I hope you can adopt this sweet girl
Please contact the shelter ASAP
