Sonoma County, CA – A dog who spent nearly two years in a California animal shelter is finally living the life she deserves. Earlier this month, the dog, Princess, was adopted from the Sonoma County Animal Services.
The animal welfare agency was ecstatic to share the news with Facebook followers.
Princess was surrendered to the facility when she was just a pup by owners who discovered that they did not have the time for her energy.
But her sad past will quickly become a distant memory as she enjoys naps on her family’s couch, and playtime with her new canine sibling.
Enjoy your new life, Princess!!
As always, adopt, don’t shop!

Fantastic news! It is so gratifying to hear stories like this, for once!
I hope it’s a truly good home…..there are so many evil psychopaths in this country…..
So very happy for this sweet pup! I hope Princess will live the best life ever.
So glad the pup has hopes found a forever loving home
Such a happy ending. Princess now has a home, love, and a new friend. Thanks to Sonoma for never losing hope as well as those who trained her.
