Houston, Texas – A neglected, stray puppy was picked up and taken to the Harris County Pets facility and a photo of her is breaking hearts. The 15-week-old puppy, Rhaenyra, looks as if she has lived a lifetime of sadness…and she is only four months old.
Her fur is dirty and unkempt, her ears are crusted, and her entire demeanor is one of utter defeat.
This puppy needs help. She needs someone to clean her up, get her veterinary care, feed her quality food, and most of all, love her.

Could it get any worse out there??? How can people just ignore this sweet girl are they blind or cold of heart or both. Whats happened to the GOOD SAMARITAN are there any left out there?? it seems not sadly.

Poor sweet girl. It’s so heartbreaking she’s just a baby. Why are people so cruel to abuse any animal. What is this world coming to? Hope that someone can take her in and love and keep her safe. Get well sweet angel!!
this is horrendous. look at the shape this puppy is in. she looks like a 12 year old dog. people are truly disgusting. we are being over run by cruel depraved people. the youth and amazingly women are starting to lead the pack. i hope someone will give this pup the life she truly should have.
