Senior Dog Homeless, Her Family Could Not Afford Her Anymore

Gardena, CA – A senior dog finds herself in need of a new home after being surrendered by her family who said they could no longer afford her. The 10-year-old dog, Brooklyn, was surrendered to the Carson Animal Services facility on July 18.

The Saving Carson Shelter Dogs Facebook page says,

“A5640050 ✰ BROOKLYN -7/18/24-
SENIOR IN MEDICAL OWNER SURRENDER
Brooklyn is 10 and she was surrendered because they couldn’t afford her care anymore.”

Brooklyn is surely confused and frightened, and she is undoubtedly sad because her family is gone. Please help this senior girl find a loving family – networking saves lives!
