Atlantic City, NJ – A serial dog dumper has been captured on video throwing a large dog over fencing at the Humane Society of Atlantic County. According to the shelter, this is the FOURTH time this individual has dumped dogs over their fencing in the middle of the night.
In a Facebook post, the animal welfare agency says, “HSAC Dog Abandonment
This is the 4th dog dumped over our fence by this individual in the middle of the night. He drives a black Cadillac sedan.”
The dog, who can be seen struggling to get up after hitting the ground, has distinct scars on her back.
